At Research Sathi, we aim to maintain transparent and fair billing practices for all users. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or paid service on the platform.
Research Sathi offers a 3-day free trial for eligible users or plans, subject to the terms displayed at the time of signup.
The free trial is provided so that users can explore the platform, understand its features, and decide whether the service is suitable for their needs before making any payment.
Unless otherwise stated, the free trial is available only once per user.
All payments made for Research Sathi subscriptions, plan upgrades, add-on services, expert sessions, or digital features are non-refundable.
Once a paid plan has been activated, purchased, or renewed, no refund, whether full or partial, will be provided for:
Users are encouraged to use the 3-day free trial to evaluate the platform before subscribing.
Once a subscription has been purchased and activated, it cannot be cancelled mid-term for refund or reversal.
If the platform offers recurring billing, users may choose to stop future renewal before the next billing cycle, but the current active subscription period will continue until its expiry date and will not be cancelled retroactively.
All paid plans remain valid only for the duration shown at the time of purchase, such as quarterly or yearly terms.
Unused features, unused limits, unused credits, or unused access during the subscription period are generally not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable.
If a user upgrades from one plan to another, the revised plan terms and pricing applicable at the time of upgrade will apply. Any upgrade charges paid are non-refundable.
Research Sathi reserves the right to modify plan features, usage limits, pricing, trial structure, or service scope at any time for future purchases or renewals.
If any payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or found to be unauthorized or fraudulent, Research Sathi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to premium features without notice.
In rare and exceptional situations, Research Sathi may review billing concerns at its sole discretion. Any such review does not create an obligation to provide a refund in any future case.
