Yes. Create an account and every desk opens as a limited preview: no card, no time limit, with sample outputs and a small AI allowance. A pass or plan unlocks the full product. Certified plagiarism, AI and grammar checks stay locked until you pay.

Yes. Under each plan you can pay once for one month or three. It is the same plan with the same allowances, there is no mandate, and it ends on its own; you can add more time whenever you like. Paying once costs a little more than the auto-renew plan.

A one-time payment that unlocks the full product on the tier you pick for 3 or 7 days, with allowances sized to the pass. It never auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel: when it ends, access pauses until your next pass or plan, and all your work stays saved. Certified checks are not included; single checks are available as top-ups.

A one-time payment that opens one desk in full for 30 days: the Research Gap Finder, the gap plus Literature Studio, the manuscript tools, or the analysis desk. Each pack comes with its own AI allowance and a set number of runs, sized for one complete piece of work. It never auto-renews. When it ends, everything the pack produced stays open to read; fresh runs on that desk wait for your next pack or plan. One pack at a time, and a pack is not for accounts with a live plan or pass.

A coupon-code discount applies to your first month (or its stated number of months), then billing continues at your locked-in plan price. You can cancel before any renewal from your Usage page.

On Elite. A citation count tells you how often a paper was cited, never how. Smart Citations reads the open-access papers that cite it and shows you the sentences where those authors report their own result agreeing or disagreeing with it, with a link to each source. It also flags retracted work, which every plan gets. Coverage depends on how much of a field publishes open access: it is strongest in medicine, life sciences and psychology, and thin in management and engineering. We always show how many citing papers we could read, and where we cannot read enough we show nothing rather than a misleading score.

Yes. Every price includes GST. Payments run through Razorpay on cards or UPI Autopay, and your card details never touch our servers.
