How long does launch pricing last?
Until we close the launch window. Subscribe while it is open and your price is locked: renewals keep billing at the price you signed up at for as long as your subscription stays active, even after prices go back up.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Create an account and every desk opens as a limited preview: no card, no time limit, with sample outputs and a small AI allowance. A pass or plan unlocks the full product. Certified plagiarism, AI and grammar checks stay locked until you pay.
What is a pass?
A one-time payment that unlocks the full product on the tier you pick for 3 or 7 days, with allowances sized to the pass. It never auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel: when it ends, access pauses until your next pass or plan, and all your work stays saved. Certified checks are not included; single checks are available as top-ups.
What happens when my discount ends?
A coupon-code discount applies to your first month (or its stated number of months), then billing continues at your locked-in plan price. You can cancel before any renewal from your Usage page.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Pick the new plan on this page. Switches apply from your next billing cycle, and where your payment method allows an immediate upgrade you pay only the difference for the rest of the cycle.
How do I cancel?
From your Usage page, anytime. We ask one question on the way out, never a phone call. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for and your projects stay in your account.
What draws on the monthly AI allowance?
Every AI desk shares one pool: chat and outlines barely dent it, heavy passes like review synthesis draw more. Your Usage page shows exactly what is left. The always-on tools are never metered.
What is Smart Citations?
On Elite. A citation count tells you how often a paper was cited, never how. Smart Citations reads the open-access papers that cite it and shows you the sentences where those authors report their own result agreeing or disagreeing with it, with a link to each source. It also flags retracted work, which every plan gets. Coverage depends on how much of a field publishes open access: it is strongest in medicine, life sciences and psychology, and thin in management and engineering. We always show how many citing papers we could read, and where we cannot read enough we show nothing rather than a misleading score.
Are these prices final?
Yes. Every price includes GST. Payments run through Razorpay on cards or UPI Autopay, and your card details never touch our servers.
